GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Applicability
    (a) These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods (“Goods”) by Saiqa.Shop (“Seller”) to the buyer (“Buyer”) by placing an order through our website, saiqa.shop. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations. (b) By placing an order on saiqa.shop, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you place an order on behalf of an organization or company, you affirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  2. Orders & Payment
    (a) All orders placed through saiqa.shop are subject to acceptance by the Seller. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. (b) Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. The Buyer shall pay the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase. (c) We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  3. Delivery
    (a) Goods will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe after order confirmation, subject to product availability. (b) Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified at checkout. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not the Seller’s responsibility. (c) The risk of loss and title for Goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. (d) If the Buyer provides incorrect shipping details, any additional costs incurred for re-shipping or order adjustments shall be the Buyer’s responsibility.
  4. Non-Delivery & Order Issues
    (a) If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 5 days of the expected delivery date. (b) If the Seller is responsible for non-delivery, the Buyer’s sole remedy is either a replacement of the Goods or a refund, at the Seller’s discretion. (c) Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect Goods must be reported to Saiqa.Shop within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos.
  5. Returns & Refunds
    (a) Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the Goods are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. (b) The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the Seller’s part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). (c) Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Limited Warranty
    (a) Goods sold on Saiqa.Shop are provided “as is.” The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, except where explicitly stated. (b) Any manufacturer warranty claims must be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.
  7. Liability
    (a) The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Goods. (b) The total liability of the Seller, for any claim related to the purchase of Goods, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer.
  8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. (b) Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the United States.
  9. Modifications to Terms
    (a) Saiqa.Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
